One Impact Care provides domiciliary care and supported living services, supporting people with the day-to-day tasks that through incapacity or illness can no longer be performed safely or independently.
We believe everyone should be able to maximise their quality of life, and to do so from the comfortable surroundings of their own home if they wish. So we look for compassionate, caring staff — because they are the ones who make that true or not.
We aim to deliver high-quality, person-centred care; to remain professional but always caring; and to be forward-thinking and innovative.
Every person we support has a link worker responsible for their care plan and risk assessment, and for making sure their wishes are recorded accurately.
A full induction and practical training in line with the Care Certificate, signed off as competent, before anyone carries out duties on their own.
The Registered Manager observes care being delivered to make sure our workers support people meaningfully rather than working through a list.
